Hire a fat tire bike or a traditional beach cruiser for a day of exploring this charming island – there are plenty of rental companies just waiting to help you with your Amelia Island adventure. Amelia Island is even recognised as Bicycle Friendly Community, so you know this is truly the perfect place to explore on two wheels. Journey along the Egans Creek Greenway or the Amelia Island Trail for a casual, nature filled ride – or head to the impressive mountain bike trails that loop through Fort Clinch State Park. With 23 miles of dedicated bike lanes – you really can see every inch of this beautiful island by bike!
