At America and Canada As You Like It we pride ourselves in looking after you and are here to help and guide you through your holiday booking. All our holidays are tailor-made and each one is individual, with many factors involved, however please be assured that we will do our utmost to ensure that you are able to have the holiday that you have booked and looked forward to.
We are constantly monitoring advice from the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) along with any changes and restrictions in the destinations which you are visiting and will ensure that you are kept up to date as your holiday draws closer. If it is necessary to change or postpone your trip we help to make all the necessary arrangements to make sure that you are happy.
If America and Canada As You Like It are forced to cancel your holiday or make a significant change to your travel arrangements due to Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) advice or any changes and restrictions in the destinations you are visiting, we will, if possible, make alternative holiday arrangements for you or amend your departure date depending on your individual arrangements. If the only alternative is to cancel your holiday, you will in the first instance need to contact your insurance company regarding a refund. If, however, they will not provide you with a refund we will refund all monies paid.
We strongly advise you to take out full and comprehensive travel insurance prior to booking your holiday.
