All apartments are within walking distance of tennis courts, golf courses and the communal swimming pool. The many restaurants, bike paths and water sports are also easily accessible from Palmetto Dunes. The apartments have full kitchen, living / dining area and usually the same number of bathrooms as bedrooms. One bedroom apartments sleep up to four people, the two bedroom up to six people and the three bedroom up to to eight people, with two guests being accommodated on a sleeper sofa. Rentals must be Saturday to Saturday during high season.
