Day 1 - Fly from the UK to Boston
As America’s oldest city, Boston has a lot of history, but yet has a modern and contemporary vibe. Having undergone a lot of renovation, the harbour area is now a great place to explore and you can take a unique Segway tour of the area. Famous for everything from the Red Sox and Paul Revere to Cheers and clam chowder, Boston is a popular destination for so many reasons. Explore the city on a "Hop on, Hop Off" trolley tour or walk the Freedom Trail, a well-preserved pedestrian path that weaves in and out of historic neighbourhoods. Between landmarks, you can shop the fabulous stores on Newbury Street, or browse the antique shops and distinctive red-brick buildings of Beacon Hill. Perhaps lunch in lively Quincy Market or a delicious authentic Italian meal in the North End.
Stay three nights in Boston.
Day 4 - Fly from Boston to Bradenton
On arrival pick up your hire car.
This is a place where traditional Florida charm can still be found, and somewhere brimming with opportunities to experience Florida at its most real and authentic. High rise condos and fast food restaurants are pleasantly absent - instead it is home to beautiful turquoise waters and its award-winning white-sand beaches, including the reclusive Whitney Beach on Longboat Key and seven miles of uninterrupted beach on Anna Maria Island. The Bradenton Area provides access to accommodations and outdoor activities - while at the same time offering an enjoyable selection of shops, restaurants, performing arts, wildlife, history and other attractions.
Stay four nights in Bradenton.
